Kijoon’s business has been voluntarily suspended from June 1, In March 2011, the Company acquired the remaining 20% stake in Shanghai TongXin Information Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. Tongxin has been deconsolidated from the Company since April 1, In November 2011, the Company acquired a 80% stake in Meihua.
