Eligible School Leaver arrangements are specifically targeted at school aged students who are undertaking secondary studies. Adult job seekers who are aged 22 and over who are undertaking secondary school studies through TAFE or similar institutions, are not Eligible School Leavers. DES Providers must only Direct Register and Commence Eligible School Leavers who have a permanent residential address in the ESA for which the DES provider is contracted to deliver Program Services AXIS Employment www.caei.com.au
