10 1.Our potential client issues their brief to include: staff head count, location, company growth etc. 2.We locate 3 properties in the desired location. 3.''Provide test fits and costs analysis using our team of Designers and Quantity surveyors. 4. Issue to our clients; floor plans, along with cost per square meter to lease the space with the fit-out costs included, over 3 or 5 year terms. 5.Client narrows down to one property, using there staff input. 6.CHBC enter into final design stages with layout, furniture, finishes, and fixtures. 7.Client agrees layout and design, signs licence agreement with CHBC for the space. 8.CHBC provide detailed programme handover date for moving staff into space. 9.CHBC commence fit out works and hand over on the date, complete with the design and costs agreed at the outset. 10.We provide facility management services to our client following completion of works, if required by you the client. The challenge was to accommodate 50 people and orchestrate the move from their existing premises to a Nabers 5 Star Rated Building surrounded by a highly developed infrastructure By drawing on all our resources within the Australian Market our client entered their new, upgraded office on time and on budget. Project Details : Third Workplace has sparked a new trend in the U.S. It is an office space where you can rent workspace on a day to day – pay as you go basis. We were approached by the Client with a brief that required a complete fit out from shell and core to the finished office space. We worked closely alongside the Californian based company to design the new space, construct bespoke furniture, along with obtaining the necessary documentation and permits for the works from the local council.
