14 10 1.Our potential client issues their brief to include: staff head count, location, company growth etc. 2.We locate 3 properties in the desired location. 3.''Provide test fits and costs analysis using our team of Designers and Quantity surveyors. 4. Issue to our clients; floor plans, along with cost per square meter to lease the space with the fit-out costs included, over 3 or 5 year terms. 5.Client narrows down to one property, using there staff input. 6.CHBC enter into final design stages with layout, furniture, finishes, and fixtures. 7.Client agrees layout and design, signs licence agreement with CHBC for the space. 8.CHBC provide detailed programme handover date for moving staff into space. 9.CHBC commence fit out works and hand over on the date, complete with the design and costs agreed at the outset. 10.We provide facility management services to our client following completion of works, if required by you the client. 16 12 16 Project Brief Client brief was to source and secure a lease on a property of approximately 500 sq. m. in the Macquarie Park area of North Ryde. The challenge was to accommodate 50 people and orchestrate the move from their existing premises to a Nabers 5 Star Rated Building surrounded by a highly developed infrastructure By drawing on all our resources within the Australian Market our client entered their new, upgraded office on time and on budget. Post move, CHBC continues to service our client needs in a precise, timely and efficient manner. 17 13 17 Project Brief Client brief was for a fit space solution (hybrid solution) in Bracknell By using our expertise in the marketplace we were able to find the desired property, design and fit the property to our client need s and provide full facility management on site By using our solution our client increased desk space by 60% and has saved thousands by using our facilities team. 18 14 18 Client Details : Third Workplace is dedicated to embracing a balanced work/life existence, and provides the perfect way for small business owners, consultants and remote workers to get into a professional environment. Project Details : Third Workplace has sparked a new trend in the U.S. It is an office space where you can rent workspace on a day to day – pay as you go basis. We were approached by the Client with a brief that required a complete fit out from shell and core to the finished office space. We worked closely alongside the Californian based company to design the new space, construct bespoke furniture, along with obtaining the necessary documentation and permits for the works from the local council. 22 18 Eddie Baker B.Com Fin Man.9 CEO Eddie has over 20 years experience in start up companies, relocating to Ireland from South Africa in 2000 he has been involved in finding creative solutions for companies entering into Ireland and various other countries During this period he has headed up Office and Retail solutions ranging from 800 sq, m. to 50,000 sq. m. and taken these solutions from cradle to grave. Moya Neilson BA Honours Director of Operations Moya has over 16 years experience in office solutions and started out as area administrator for a major UK retail company which took over and rolled out 17 stores in Northern Ireland. During this time Moya was an integral part of the Project Team heading up various projects and new store roll outs throughout the company. Moya relocated to Dublin to be part of the CHBC Team and is now Director of Operations. Ray Bondi B. Com Master CFO With over 20 years experience in the corporate world, Ray has a vast knowledge of financial vehicles throughout the world Ray recently relocated to Ireland to become part of CHBC. Ray also serves on the Board for Bonpak SA as well as Bonpak Ireland.

23 19 David Clarke Global Operations Manager David Clarke has been involved in the Fitout construction industry for the past 16 years working with Clients in the US, UK and Ireland. He studied Building Surveying and Estimating in Carlow RTC, before spending 6 years in New York working on some of the cities most iconic buildings for Multi nationals and individual clients. David believes in eliminating risks on all projects, and likes to build strong working relationships with past and present clients and understand their needs and making sure they always get what they want. Mary Boland Global Interior Architect/ Head of Design Dept Mary has a vast level of experience and has worked in the design sector for over 16 years. During this time she has worked with several global clients involving leisure, retail & commercial projects. Mary's experience & skills in spatial design and interior finishes has contributed greatly to the completion of the interior space where design and detail have been established according to the client brief & budget.

24 20 Paul Clarke Senior Project Administrator With over 7 years experience running his own Fitting & Joinery Company, Paul possesses a consummate knowledge of building services. Since joining CHBC 5 years ago Paul has applied his expertise in projects all over the world. With his grassroots knowledge of the construction industry and resolute business acumen he has become an invaluable asset to the organisation. Gerry Wogan Financial Controller of CHBC Group Gerry has nearly 40 years relevant experience in the accountancy profession. The first twenty years he spent in private practice and the latter twenty years in industry and commerce. He is responsible for overseeing the production of Management and Statutory Accounts for both the national and international subsidiaries of the CHBC Group.
