Timeline: We are currently updating the printed reference materials on the website, including the indicator guide, complete export-import specifications, sampling instructions, and chart abstraction forms. In June we will conduct additional training webinars as well as an in-person overview session. Details will be posted and emailed when available. We anticipate an “official launch date,” when data entry can commence on June 10, 2014. As in precious years, we will allow approximately 10 weeks for providers to enter and validate your data. eHIVQUAL benchmark reports cannot be developed until all providers complete their submissions. We expect to produce the benchmark reports during early fall.
