Cubs should start scouts no later than beginning of Term 3 – 2013 ◦Otherwise insufficient time to get Bronze Scout Award 1 or 2 Pre Jamboree Camps Younger Scouts could wait till the next Jamboree or do 2 ◦Different experience when older
Estimated at $1200 plus spending Allow $200 spending The $1200 will be made up of: ◦Jamboree fee $720 ◦Contingent fees approx. $480 The Jamboree fee covers: ◦Programme & activities ◦Infrastructure ◦Food ◦Management and Health & Safety
The Contingent fee covers: ◦Transport of people and equipment ◦Activity T-shirts & hat ◦Scarfs ◦Badges ◦Gas for cooking ◦1 or 2 Pre-Jamboree Camps ◦Contribution to leaders costs ◦Sundry troop costs & contingencies ◦???????????????????????
