13 Important Reminders  Parent Portal access: immediate access to student progress  Cafeteria/Playground/ Recess  Three separate cafeterias  Substantial playground upgrades last year  New playground equipment approved  Attendance policy:  arrival after 8:30 or checking out before 1:50 constitutes ½ day absence  Tardies count! Please arrive early enough for your child to be in his/her desk before 7:50 a.m.

15 Important Reminder  Dress Code reminders  Tank tops, mesh shirts, short-shorts (less than fingertip length) are not permitted.  Jeans should not have rips, tears, holes, or be ‘sagging.’  Clothing must not have offensive words, symbols, inappropriate references.  Hats, caps, hoods, or sunglasses are not permitted.  Extreme hair colors/styles are not permitted.  Pierced ears are the only type body piercing allowed.  Please review handbook page 8 for details
