All signage to be approved  street lighting to be unobtrusive & only as safety requires  no overnight parking of trailers, boats, RV’s or non-operating vehicles on streets or in yards.  Establish a maintenance department controlled by the Board  Determine & schedule the maintenance of buildings & facilities  Maintain, develop & replace landscaping, paths & public facilities  Maintain all moorage facilities, parking lots & structures The Waterfront Covenants and Development Criteria
