1 Government Purchase Card (GPC) Information
GPC process changed to Single Charge Card Solution (SCCS) Must have GFEBS access to create Purchase Requests (PR) to obligate funds before GPC can be used 2-3 Months Access on Line will be monitored by the Purchase Card Online System (PCOLS) Problems for JROTC Instructors: SCCS and PCOLS are both CAC access only and users must have .mil address MICC guidelines – GPC accounts with 6 mos of inactivity will be terminated Due to the above information instructors will no longer have use of the GPC, accounts will be closed Request exception to policy for a few accounts for each state in 4BDE geographical footprint in the event CAC issue is resolved

2 Payment Request for Laundry/Alterations
Submit Form 60-E with a copy of invoice/bill to Bde - Purchase Request (PR) PR must be submitted 30 days prior obligation Bde forwards PO request to Cadet Cmd to create Purchase Order (PO) in GFEBS PO obligates funds for GPC use, i.e., laundry, alterations, etc. Establishing contracts for all laundry/alteration services
