2Taylor Engineering, LLC Scenario New four story classroom and office building with: Water-cooled chilled water plant with 2 each chillers, towers CHW pumps and CW pumps. All components have VSDs so they are efficient at part-load. Central built up VAV air handling unit with 2 supply fans, 6 relief fans and air-side economizer. PBX rooms on each floors located near the shaft. Small data center on the first floor (3,000 ft2 <100w/sf). The PBX rooms and data center need 24X7 cooling, the rest of the space operates ~3,000 hrs/yr.
