12 Transport facility (Facilitator: Mantosh Kr.): For Factory, it is already in place. For other locations, team is already working in view of the proposed new premises. Office Hygiene (Facilitator: Mantosh Kr.): A drive towards individual awareness for cleanness has been initiated. Currently it is being done through word of mouth but we are in process to formulate some concrete action Plan – 1 st Nov 2014 Medical Facility (Facilitator: Anil Gupta): First AID & B.P. Monitoring: To be in place and usage Training: 1 st Nov 2014 Medical Rooms: Already considered for the new office. Tie up with Local Clinic: Tie-up with a clinic in a radius of 5 kms from office for an emergency. Information of the same to be circulated to all – 1 st Nov 2014 Infrastructure

13 Standardization (Facilitator: SS Bindu): Seating Arrangement / Storage Space: To be implemented in the new office Parking Space: 1 st Nov 2014 Re-Creational Activities: (Facilitator: SS Bindu & Narender Negi): a.Janakpuri Terrace chosen for pilot project, checking the feasibility of the same, will update details in next call b.Tie-up with some nearby Health Club: Seating Arrangement / Storage Space: Cost Negotiation On-Will get concluded by 1 st Nov 2014 Availability of Healthy Snacks within the Workplace (On-Purchase) (Facilitator: Narender Negi): Cafeteria where healthy Snacks / Juices can also be available (on purchase) through out the office timings.
