The male penguin looks after its young egg. If he drops the egg even for a second it can freeze. Penguins slide on there bellies as a faster way to get around. The female penguin hunts for food and throws it up for her youngling
The male penguins hold on to the baby for about 4 months while the mother of the penguin hunts for food. During so male penguins are hit by freezing cold blizzards and huddle up in a bunch and face inwards for warmth. Instead of leaving new people coming and joining the outside They open up and let the new people into the middle of the bunch. The penguins younglings Tuck up into the extra fur above his feet. When almost all hope is lots males either have to abandon their younglings or die of starvation. Male penguins cough up a milky white substance for there youngling to eat.
Leopard seals are won of the deadly predators of the penguin Leopard seals often lie in wait beneath the ledges to snare the first penguin into the water.
This symbolises how plastic bags and other litter like bags are killing poor fish. This symbolises how our sea is being polluted by gas and oils.
Three preys of penguins are krill, fish, and squid. Some of the smaller penguins eat only krill. Krill is a tiny shrimp. Some of the larger penguins eat fish and squid, also. They find these foods around Antarctica. When penguins eat food while at sea, they store the food in a special place. When chicks are hungry, they reach into their parents' beaks to feed on the food the parents have throw up.
