4 PROGRESS Worked with TxDOT Pharr District to identify 9 Pass Through Toll Projects throughout Cameron County Negotiated identical resolutions from the City of Port Isabel, the Town of South Padre and Cameron County regarding the proposed 2 nd Causeway to South Padre Island Presently working in conjunction with TxDOT on the West Loop environmental assessment. TxDOT contracted Cal Y Mayor working on Level II Toll Feasibility Study for 2 nd Causeway & West Loop Cameron County RMA

5 Action Items: 1. Public Involvement Plan 2. Strategic Plan 3. Toll Equity Grant Application 4. Complete Level Two Toll Feasibility Studies.
