Attend technical/industry events, develop rapport with technical project managers, and leverage your business relationships. Be objective and clearly articulate your capabilities and mission. Strategically team with other small/diverse businesses. Quickly adapt to the teaming-proposal needs and RFP scopes.
Advertise your industry footprint and expert/leadership status. Update online profiles for completeness and accuracy Be ready to meet FAR* requirements (e.g., FAR and many others). Explain your current/past experience on federal projects.
