This package was initially developed solely by FHAI but responded to input from the potential sub Builders. The effort involved in the development and production of this package was the responsibility of the Builder
The Completion Permit Package This third package was developed concurrently with the GMP package and included the information required for agency reviews and approvals. This effort was lead by the FHAI in concert with Builder and the sub Builders. The format was in AutoCad 3D, as a minimum.
