7 Sponsored Program Services First steps to getting started in research: 1.Conflict of Interest: COI is a web form which now reflects new NIH requirements effective August 24, As defined by regulation, PI’s must complete training prior to engaging in funded research. (Video prompt) 2.Keywords: HR Employee Demographic Data (EDD) web form, keywords are required in PS to create a proposal 3.Mandatory Training Video: Basic Principles of Responsible Conduct in Research 4.PI Eligibility: flag has been set in the financial system 5.Third party system profiles will be set-up as needed such as Fastlane, eRA Commons, CAYUSE, etc.
