Body Rock Fitness and Performance provides in-home personal training by using the most effective functional training method and minimal equipment. Our mission is to make the joy of athletic achievement attainable to all ages, regardless of exercise experience. Clients can range in age anywhere from young athletes, to professional athletes or even adults striving to maintain posture and flexibility. Body Rock Fitness and Performance is owned, managed and operated by Ashlee L. D’Angelo, a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Personal Training Institute. Ashlee has an extensive academic training background in exercise science, nutrition, fitness assessments, exercise programming and design, and instructional and training techniques, as well as unique experience with athletes, from personal experience, as well as an internship through The Total-Athlete located in Mentor, Ohio. As a certified personal trainer, she also plans to continue her education with various certifications, and is working towards obtaining a master’s degree in Athletic Training.

Cleveland, Ohio is an affluent area with a high demand for exercise, as well as health and wellness. While there are many sources, gyms, and independently owned personal training businesses throughout the Cleveland, Ohio area. Body Rock Fitness and Performance is one that will uniquely offer clients the ability to obtain personal training in the privacy of their own homes, business, vacation spots, whether indoors or outdoors. I plan to aggressively build a general client foundation of at least 30 reoccurring yearly clients, and sports teams through free advertising sources. Body Rock Fitness and Performance’s marketing strategy is to emphasize the quality of overall fitness performance and a diverse athletic training type of style. I believe that customer service in the personal training industry is a major quality, where making my clients my number one priority.
In order to cover the start up and operating costs, I will personally invest $2,000 to cover the start-up cost, including insurance, legal expenses, equipment, marketing and traveling expenses. It is anticipated at this time, that it will take approximately 9-12 months to achieve appropriate profitable NET earnings. I plan to be working 22-25 hours/week training clients, and the rest of my time will be spent on marketing and sales.
1-on-1’s : 4 clients 3 X per week (12 Hours) @ $35/Hour = $420/Week Group Training Sessions: (Cheaper route) 3 clients/group 3 X per week (2hours & 15 minutes) @ $20 for 45 minutes = $180/week Boot Camps: 10 clients 4 X per week /4 weeks (4 hours per week) @ $120 /month = $1200 Client Packages: 2 per month @$100/month 2 X per week =$200/Month Fitness Assessments: $15
