3  First entry to the site (2weeks) probably in Tani agricultural cooperation and construction sites (working with his employees) -> find many topics  Next several entry to the site (1~2 weeks) -> focusing to several ones and gather information ( ECOSUS)  further entry (2~3 weeks) taking actions for seeking solutions with community  The last entry (one day) presentation and obtain evaluation

4  Objectives: Observing construction sites for irrigation pumping station, water tank and canal construction.  Special feature on the day.  Safety inspection by joint inspection team, consisting of contractors and Hokkaido Prefectural officers  Location: outside of Nakagawa town about 3km south from Nakagawa Michi no Eki
