18.  Apply at the end of your sophomore year. ◦ Interview with industry representatives. ◦ Selection is based on communication skills, leadership, GPA, and other criteria.  Work an internship during each of your third and fourth years.  A mentor is supplied for each student on an internship assignment.  Finish remaining schoolwork your fifth year.
