8. 10/26 Member Selection+ Motivation Interview 1. Time: 10/26 12:15~14:00, 18:15~20:00 2. We’ll notify you the place and the time about the Member Selection and motivation Interview before 10/25 20:00 3. Please hand in NTD 500 after passing the member selection since AIESEC internship only provide for AIESEC members.

9. 4. After passing the Motivation Interview, you have to sign the Exchange Participant Agreement to promise you won’t give up this chance out of blue and trouble AIESEC. 5. The deposit of Exchange Participant Agreement is NTD 1000. 10/26 Member Selection+ Motivation Interview

10. 6. The responsibility you need to fulfill A. You have to hold one activity B. You have to join (1) one local committee meeting (2) 12/05 eXchange workshop (3) 12/12 International Learning Activity (4) Your team meeting 7. 11. 10/28 Knowing AIESEC Lesson 1. Place: 綜合院館 270413 2. Time: 18:30~21:00 3. Purpose: (1) Preparation of the formal interview (2) Contract explanation (3) AIESEC Knowledge

12. 11/01 Formal Interview 1. The time, place and process will be released soon. 2. The interview is in English 3. Sign the contract on the spot after noticing the passing list 4. Please remit NTD 700 to the account in the website in point one. 5. If you arrive at the university on time, you’ll get NTD 500 deposit.

13. Remit Money Before 11/4 1. After passing the formal interview, please remit NTD 4700 administration fee + NTD 2000 deposit to AIESEC in Taiwan’s account 2. NTD 4700 administration fee is paid for the using of myaiesec.net (the platform of matching), farewell party for exchange participants and activities for exchange participants

14. Remit Money Before 10/27 3. AIESEC will return NTD 2000 after you hand in the returnee report.

15. Total Fee Member Fee$ 500 SRB Fee$ 700 (deposit $500) Exchange Participant Agreement Deposit $ 1,000 (Return it to you after you get matched) Administration Fee$ 4,700 Internship Deposit$ 2,000 (Return it to you after handing returnee report) Total$ 7,900 => $5,400 (After return the deposit)
