20 Reflections “I feel that this project has been beneficial to me and hopefully the other group members as well. We co- operated well with external organisations. I feel this is a crucial part in our lives where we interact with people we don’t know at all. Although the AEC did not go as well as planned in some ways, it was the first time we were conducting it and was understandable. In the end, we still overcame the problems and the AEC was an overall success. If not for internal co- operation (within the group) & external co-operation (with external organisations), our project would not have been what it is now.” - Leon “I feel that this project has been beneficial to me and hopefully the other group members as well. 21 Reflections “The project so far had made me more matured and understand that we must prioritise well as we have other commitments and might not be able to make it for project meetings. Besides prioritising, I learnt that being organised will make working much more efficient. Doing things in a messy manner, on the other hand, will only make you confuse. Finally, I have also learned that we should never rush through things at last minute as ‘haste makes waste’ and will eventually cause us to waste much more time in completing the project, and might even produce a job of low quality.” - Jun Yang “The project so far had made me more matured and understand that we must prioritise well as we have other commitments and might not be able to make it for project meetings. 22 Reflections “From this project, I have learn that teamwork is imperative to success: without proper communication or working out a plan, it is impossible to finish a project. In the process of this project, I learnt about the importance of planning beforehand. Rushing into a project will only result in anxiousness within the team, and will cause the finished product to be like the team that made it: disoriented and unimpressive. As such, planning beforehand will help in the project.” - Guan Hao “From this project, I have learn that teamwork is imperative to success: without proper communication or working out a plan, it is impossible to finish a project. 23 Reflections “I feel that this project is very meaningful especially the enrichment course. As the other two group members were not available on the first day of the course, Leon and I encountered quite a number of problems conducting the course. However with the help of the staff there and co-operation of the students, we managed to finish the course quite successfully. I had learnt many things in this course, like planning the all the logistics beforehand and preparing backup plans in case things do not go as well as expected.” - Jiali “I feel that this project is very meaningful especially the enrichment course.
