Cahit Arf ( ) He was a Turkish Matematician. He is known for the Arf invariant of a qaudratic form in characteristic in topology, the Hasse-Arf theorem in ramification theory, Arf semigroups, and Arf rings.

Mustafa Kemal Kurdaş ( ) He was a Turkish economist who served as Turkish Minister of Finance, the IMF’s adviser to Latin American governments, president of the Middle East Technical Univfersity and deputy head of the Turkish Treasury
Türkan Saylan (1935 – 2009) She was a Turkish medical doctor in dermatology, academic, writer, teacher and social activist. She was famous for fighting leprosy. She was also a champion of women’s rights and education for poor children in Turkey. Feza Gürsey (1921 – 1992) He was a Turkish mathematician and physicist. Among his most prominent contributions to theoretical physics, his works on the Chiral Model and on Su are most popular. He graduated from Galatasaray High School in 1940, and received his degree in Mathematics – Physics from Istanbul University in He pursued a doctorate degree at the Imperial College London in the United Kingdom. He completed his work on Application of Qaternions to Quantum Field Theory in After spending the period from 1950–1951 in postdoctoral research at Cambridege University, he worked as an assistant at Istanbul University.
