How? –Effort/value ratio From figures to awareness –How to make statistics interesting, easy to read? –How to communicate them and to whom? –How to make action plans?

8 These activities and FESTA have received funding from the European Union, Seventh Framework Programme (FP7/ ) under grant agreement n° Excellence in hiring processes Scientific achievements – easiest to measure –But do not take into account the conditions under which they are produced The best fit –knowing the rules of the game Soft skills – not rationally measured but important –Often decisive, but not transparently assessed Local logics –what is valued varies according to national contexts –”care ceiling” varies but exists everywhere
