7. Is the new Directive 1020/63 an opportunity for the alternatives? It must be! We need INNOVATION New strategies, new methods, new models… What role ecopa may play in the present scenario? Contribute to: - the HARMONIZATION between the different countries - to maintain the EQUILIBRIUM between the four parties - the dissemination of alternatives
