Permission Slide Indicate if project team gives permission for the storyboard to be posted in public domains (e.g. employee lounges, web site, etc.)
What Is the Problem and How Do You Know If this Is a Problem? Tell about customer’s experience. Best to let the customer speak. Record volunteers or actors or provide quotes from real customers No blaming of others. Edit to remove references to individuals or professions No imbedded solutions in the problem statement. Give benchmarking data. Be brief. Describe only one problem.
How Do We Work? Make a list of routines Draw a flow chart and describe the work process that affects customers’ experiences.
