12 MLS Update New boundary for Z18 and Z19 Z06 has two new areas: Hollywood Heights and Forest Oak Z01 has four new Y areas coming: Pine Hill, Blanchard West, Longwood Latex & Amblewood/Lawler Garden (see map) Z23 has two new Y areas coming: Old River Place and Lucky Estates

13 Land, Lots and Farms are now required to be entered into MLS Land photos do not have to be entered into MLS but are encouraged If one company has a property listed for sale and another company has the same property listed for rent/lease, both signs may appear in the yard if a "for rent“ or "for lease" rider is placed on the company sign that has it listed for lease/rent and “for sale” rider is placed on company sign that is for sale.

14 If a real estate sign is put on a property, the listing must be entered into MLS within three (3) days. Participation agreement and new passwords coming in July….Good News is YOU choose the password (Password information—size, days, frequency) Photo Entry must be done within ten (10) days for Residential, Commercial and Multi-family NEW! We now have 25 photos upload Bulk upload in Fusion—check it out! Co-List Agents new business rule
