4 What’s the deal?  Contract arrangement with QRL (SEQ Division).  Support member clubs and leagues.  Nature of contract: Planning. Meetings with members. Assistance with selected grant applications. Project management. Reporting requirements to the Division. Some services at no cost and some at discounted rates. 5 The Process  Inception Meeting (Division and Leagues) – complete.  Club Survey (Understand Needs) – complete.  Summary Report – complete.  Presentations/ Meetings (Clubs) – underway.  Progression of selected projects – underway. GCBF submissions at no cost to club*. Proviso that a contractor from our panel is engaged. Options: Lighting, Building, Scoreboards, Multi-sport, Interior Fit-Out, Dugouts/goalposts etc…  Other projects – case by case (discounts apply).  Ongoing liaison with club reps as required.

Cairns District Junior Rugby League $3.5M (Federal Govt funding) - 'Community Infrastructure Grant'  New sports fields.  Sports-field lighting.  Clubhouse upgrades.  New training and administration facilities.  Additional spectator areas. Project partners: Design and construct: Keir (Qld) Pty Ltd. Feasibility: IQ Research. DA: Paynter Dixon. Timeframes: 2 years.

Norths Devils/ Wavell State High School Partnership Over $1.2M  Lighting upgrades at Bishop Park (Nundah).  New lighting at Wavell State High School.  Development programs.  Equipment.  Employment of a staff member.  High Performance Centre at Bishop Park (Stages 1 and 2: change-rooms and gym).  New change-rooms at Wavell SHS.  Field upgrades at Wavell SHS.
