International Cost Engineering Council ICEC was founded in 1976 by the American, Dutch, British, and Mexican Cost Engineering Societies
International Cost Engineering Council As of July 2008, ICEC had grown to 46 national societies: 14 cost engineering societies 16 project management societies 16 quantity surveying societies
