3 Television and Movies! First movie to become 3D, Bwana Devil Scientists did a study on how many kids ages watch TV. Average kid watched up to 6 hours of TV a day. Popular show for the teenagers was Bandstand with Dick Clark. Movies playing in the 1950’s-Father of the Bride, Cinderella, Asphalt Jungle, Singing in the Rain, The Quiet Man, Pillow Talk, and High Noon.
