Separate electricity distribution boards are designed and each hall has its own individual power generator. FDC indoor distribution system is supplied by dedicated transformers. Each sector in FDC has its own individual electricity post and power meter. There is an emergency power generator for the whole complex and each sector will also have a power supply.

70. Water System FDC has three deep wells with high capacity. Water extracted from theses wells is purified and mixed with Chlorine gas, then collected in a concrete underground tank. It will be used as sanitary water and is flowed through 2.5 kilometer long pipes in the complex. The water from general waste drain filtration system and ground water collection is reserved and directed to separate routes with 4 kilometer long.
