2 Avoid cold and flu season  Clean and wipe down shared surfaces  Wash hands thoroughly and often  Get a flu shot if possible  Eat healthy foods and exercise moderately Can help strengthen your immune systemCan help strengthen your immune system  Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated  Get plenty of rest

3 Flu Symptoms  High fever of 102-104 degrees Fahrenheit  Headache  Extreme fatigue  Dry cough and sore throat  Runny or stuffy nose  Muscle aches  Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea

4 Cold Symptoms  Sore throat  Cough, chest discomfort  Mild fatigue  Fever and headache are rare  Runny nose
