NCMA Chapter Election Guide 10 Chapters should follow these rules if they do not have bylaws stipulating otherwise: Chapter officers must be current NCMA members Chapters must have at least a president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer. These are known as ‘chapter officers’ Terms should be for one year Chapter officers should be elected by majority vote of the members voting
