10 Claims Process Outpatient Reimbursement Claims AXA will issue a cheque for reimbursement which will be distributed to you via TUM. *Note: All claims must be submitted within 90 days of treatment. Timeline: Upon receipt of claim form and receipts by post, AXA will process within two-three weeks time.
