2 BATTLE BRESS UNIFORM (BDU) WORN BY BOTH MALE AND FEMALES OFFICER OR ENLISTED YEAR ROUND ISSUED AS A UTILITY, FIELD, TRANING OR COMBAT THEY ARE NOT FOR TRAVEL, NOR FOR WEARING OFF MILITARY INTALLATIONS EXCEPT IN TRANSIT BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS QUARTERS AND DUTY STATION

3 WHERE TO WEAR DUTY STATION POST ESTABLISHMENTS IN TRANSIT LOCAL POLICY

4 BLACK LEATHER BOOTS BLACK LEATHER WITH DEEP LUG SOLE, A CUSHION INSOLE, A CLOSED LOOP LACE SYSTEMS AND A PADDED COLLAR. WILL BE DIAGNALLY LACED WITH BLACK LACE, THE EXCESS LACED TUCKED INTO THE TOP OF THE BOOT. ALL METAL CLEATS AND SIDE TABS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED ZIPPER INSERTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED BOOTS OF SIMILAR COMMERCIAL DESIGN ARE AUTHORIZED FOR WEAR

5 BDU TROUSERS LOOSE FITTING ALTERATIONS NOT AUTHORIZED ADJUSTABLE STRAPS AT THE WAIST TROUSER LEGS BLOUSED WORN WITH A BELT FOUR STANDARD TYPE POCKETS AND TWO LEG BELLOW TYPE POCKETS REINFORCEMENT PATCHES HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE KNEES AND THE BUTTOCKS LEG STEM DRAW CORDS

7 INSIGNIA GRADE INSIGNIA –HEADGEAR: WILL BE CENTER TOP TO BOTTOM AND LEFT TO RIGHT –COAT: WILL BE CENTERED LEFT TO RIGHT AND APPROXIMATLY 1” ABOVE THE TIP OF THE COLOR.

13 COAT COLD WEATHER WORN WITH ALL UTILITY UNIFORMS WILL BE WORN BUTTON AND ZIPPED UP SHIRT COLLAR WILL BE WORN INSIDE THE COAT HOOD MAY BE WORN AT THE SOLDIERS OPTIONS WHEN NOT WORN WILL BE TUCKED IN 2 BREST POCKETS AND 2 LOWER POCKETS

14 THE ARMY GREEN UNIFORM IS AUTHORIZED FOR YEAR- ROUND WEAR BY ALL MILITARY PERSONNEL ON AND OFF DUTY, DURING TRAVEL, SOCIAL FUNCTIONS, AND BEFORE AND AFTER RETREAT.
