Hee Seng, Kok (Steve) – 28, Co. Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Director Steve Kok is K-Edu!’s Chief Executive Officer and Director. He created the K-Edu Dot Com Sdn Berhad and is instrumental in building K-Edu! as the global web education and knowledge based information portal and to be one of the Internet’s most recognise brands. Steve Peter H S Kok is a corporate and technopeneur where he is involved with government privatisation, property developer and internet start-up at international level in various capacities of build and operation. Having spent over 2 years in the property management, he is managing the government assets under a lease periods as well as acquire the government land for further development. He also manages one of his own businesses called K-Edu Dot Com, specialising in web education and knowledge portal using Internet platform. He also has shareholding interest and operations in a portfolio of startup companies. He has much insight in knowledge strategies and the development of such companies in a very fast paced world given his involvement with internet and corporate companies as well with the state government around the South East Asia region. In that capacity, he participated in various working groups with the Economic Board of Singapore, Start-up Singapore, East Asia Congress and Multimedia Development Corporation in helping shape the e-commerce environment in Malaysia and Singapore. He also participated as member in the MSC Flagship group for venture capital.
Husnuddin bin Abdul Mokti – 41, Co. Founder, Chief Financial Officer and Director A key member of K-Edu!'s executive team, Husnuddin is K-Edu!'s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he is a key participant in determining K-Edu!'s business strategy, and is also responsible for managing and setting all aspects of the company's financial and administrative direction within key functional areas, including finance, human resources, legal, and investor relations. Husnuddin is a banker by professional with extensive experience in corporate loan and Corporate Recovery. He has been responsible for managing corporate loans portfolio in excess of USD 2.2 billion. He holds a MBA degree from University of Missouri, United States of America.
Ng Kien Lock – 42, Technology Advisor Kien Lock has been a netpreneur for over 17 years and has the professional and corporate familiarity in the Internet and e-business. A pioneer in his field, Kien Lock has founded and managed regional businesses valued at more than USD 80 million with a support staff of over seventy professionals. Kien Lock remains actively involved with the technological onset and development of major banks and multinational corporations. His 11 years tenure with IBM Malaysia and the ASEAN South Asia region was focused on e-commerce consulting and start-ups in over ten countries. Kien Lock holds a Bachelor of Arts (Specialized) Hons in Computer Science from York University, Canada.
Chan Heng Kuen (William) – 30, Chief Marketing Officer William Chan will be appointed to K-Edu! as Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for leading K-Edu!'s worldwide branding efforts and driving the company's product marketing initiatives. He will oversees all of K-Edu!'s consumer, enterprise and partnership marketing initiatives, from product planning and positioning to execution of customer acquisition and retention strategies for K-Edu!'s premium and subscription services. Prior to the current company, William had spent 5 years as Senior Marketing Manager at KSM Berhad (an investment arm of MCA), supervising such prominent marketing project as KSM Online and KSM Heathcare Card managed volume and profit growth of millions Ringgit Malaysia portfolio. William holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Middlesex, United Kingdom.
