The University has adopted the software program, Activity Insights from Digital Measures, Inc., to facilitate the generation of reports including the university score card, accreditation documents, and annual departmental reports. 2/4/2009
It is expected that the use of Activity Insights will eliminate repeated requests from University offices for information and also provide faculty with the ability to easily up- date their CV.
Graduate Assistants in the Dean’s Office have completed entry of the information you submitted last spring as well as the CV’s of new faculty hired during the summer. Now is the time for you to go in and update your information.
Steps for requesting a password for accessing Digital Measures Activity Insights data base Login to the following web address: https://www.digitalmeasures.com/login/miss ouristate/faculty/
Click on “Request Your Password” Click on “Request Your Password”
Screen #2 will appear Type your Missouri State University email address without the “@missouristate.edu” Enter your Missouri State University email address After entering address, click “submit”
After clicking the “submit’ button, you will receive an email message, sent to your University Outlook email account, from Digital Measures giving you a password Once you receive your password, you may login to the website at: https://www.digitalmeasures.com/login/missouri state/faculty/
Enter Email address Enter password from Digital Measures After entering information, click “LOGIN”
Once you are in the system, you will be able to navigate freely. Check the data that has already been entered based on the CV you submitted in Spring 2008. Update the system with additional data (e.g. recent publications; new rank; etc.)
ALL “Scholarship/Research” needs to be up- to-date for 2008 for use in the President’s University Scorecard – includes Intellectual Contributions, Intellectual Property and Presentations. The deadline is February 28 th. Do NOT input any information in the “Teaching” section at this time. This information will be imported from Banner at a later date.
You now have the option to print a copy of your CV from the Digital Measures system. Visit your data pages regularly to ensure they remain up-to-date. CV’s can also be downloaded in Word format for use and editing.
We hope that this PowerPoint provides you with the necessary tools to begin using Digital Measures. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Dean’s Office at 836-4176 Thank you in advance for your on-going support and efforts in helping make this system an asset to our College and University.
