2 Purpose of the Measure Purpose: Assessment of rural youth poverty in Cambodia Explanation: We will identify the drivers and distribution of rural youth poverty in Cambodia, to provide policy makers with a comprehensive measure of poverty to inform future policy design. Unit of Analysis Purpose: Households with children (age<18) Explanation: Population of interest Three types of HHs- 1.Only with child < 5 2.Children above and below 5 3.Only with child > 5
