5 Bath and North East Somerset – The place to live, work and visit Family Matters Supporting families because families matter Vision: to see families equipped for life Partner with B&NES Connecting Families Service to support their exit strategy. The aim of the Family Matters steering group is to recruit, train and support volunteers to work with families with multiple and complex needs.

Testing Quality Assurance and feedback from pilot volunteers and families

She has helped make many situations much easier to deal with.”

9 Bath and North East Somerset – The place to live, work and visit Family Matters – Timeline Pilot to start mid/end July (10 weeks) Training through the early autumn months Start to work with families in November Regular meetings of the Family Matters Steering Group and the Project Group for 10 in 100 By October results in from the People Pilot and Quality Assurance feedback Celebrate launch of main project in November
