8 The Steveston Global Vision… l to support the development of human dignity amongst all children l to promote understanding, respect, equality and friendship among indigenous peoples and racial, national, ethnic and linguistic groups l to enhance the ability of our students to assist others in need

9 Casa Guatemala Orphanage l Since 1983, it has been a Steveston tradition to raise funds, sponsor, assist and visit the Casa Guatemala Orphanage.

10 Casa Guatemala Orphanage l Established in 1977, the orphanage provides a permanent home for approximately one hundred abandoned, abused and malnourished children. It also serves as a school and a medical clinic for the local community.

11 Casa Guatemala Orphanage Located on the river Rio Dulce near the town of Fronteras, the orphanage is a six-hour bus ride from Guatemala City.
