5. 1. Construction of ammonia and urea production complex at Navoiyazot OJSC
Project goal — further development and modernisation of mineral fertilisers production capacities due to introduction of up-to-date, energy-efficient technologies instead of physically and morally obsolete production, which will promote the increase in exports potential of chemical industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Within the frames of this project implementation, the establishing of an enterprise with foreign investments is stipulated with equal shares of Uzbek and foreign parties in the authorised fund.
There are all necessary raw materials (natural gas) in the country for establishing of production.

8. 2. Creation of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and caustic soda production complex at Navoiyazot OJSC
Project goal — creation of import-substituting polyvinyl chloride and caustic soda productions to supply domestic consumers in construction, electro-technical, medical, petrochemical and chemical industries, as well as increase in export potential and localisation of output of basic feedstock to manufacture polymer products.
Main feedstock for PVC and caustic soda production is natural gas and technical salt.
The supply for new production with water, heat, oxygen, nitrogen and production infrastructure is carried out by engineering networks, being created within the production complex, from existing networks of Navoiyazot OJSC.
