5 WHAT IS SEXUAL HARASSMENT Sexual Intention  utter a word, makes a sound or exhibits a body part  makes a child exhibit a body part  Shows image or object to a child for pornographic purposes  repeatedly or constantly follows or watches or contacts a child directly or thorough digital, electronic or any other means  threatens to use in any form of media any part of body of a child or involvement of a child in a sexual act  Entices a child for pornographic purposes or for gratificat Imprisonment upto 3 years and fine

6 WHAT IS Procedure for Reporting Cases WHO  Any person having knowledge of commission of an offence under the Act shall report  Media, Hotel, Lodge, Hospital, club, studio or photographic facilities if come across any material or object which is sexually exploitive of a child shall report WHERE  Special Juvenile Police Unit or  Local Police Failure to report  punishment of imprisonment upto 6 months or fine or both  Failure to report offence committed by sub-ordinate- punishment of imprisonment upto 1 year and fine
