7 Instruction & Digital Content Problem: How can universities most effectively collect, store, and deliver a variety of digital content to diverse audiences? Course content needs to be captured and used across a variety of instructional models (i.e., from in-person to on-line). Faculty want a “single” technology that supports every instructional model. Distribution of content must be simple. It should be easy to access and repurpose content using any instructional technology. Need to control who can access content and when. Content needs to be accessible on-demand and on any platform or device to meet student expectations.
