4 FIRST SERVICE INSTALLATION Internal policy from prior to 1995 New internal policy effective 10/01/2014 will require developers to install first service to a property Procedure for service – Addendum A

5 REDEVELOPMENT SERVICE INSTALLATION Previously AWU provided cost estimates for installation and completed installation per paid estimates New internal policy effective 10/01/2014 will require developers to install, upgrade, relocate service lines per redevelopment plans for property Procedure for service – Addendum B
