This Data has been collated using two calculation methods LVM - Linear Valuation Method. A Statistical analysis of known UK landfill effects. CVM – Contingent Valuation Method. An approach which uses public reaction in terms of hypothetical scenario put to respondents. The Hypothetical Scenario: En-route to Verwood from Ringwood, Aprox. 2miles of the B3081 you can see the Purple Haze site extraction clearly. Tree felling, Large plant machinery, Land Excavation and noticeable HGV activity. Also noticeable is local signage opposing the landfill.
