7 Declaration of Emergency and Administrative Order (4 th amendment) Certain allowances were afforded for this emergency response for Type I and Type I/II and Type IA and Type IA/IIA facilities. 10 Administrative Order Authorizes Facility to Accept non- Hazardous E&P wastes limited to the following waste types as defined in LAC 43:XIX.501: Waste TypeE&P Waste Description 02Oil-base drilling wastes (mud, fluids and cuttings). 03Water-base drilling wastes (mud, fluids and cuttings). 15 E&P Wastes that are transported from permitted commercial facilities and transfer stations to permitted commercial treatment and disposal facilities, except those E&P Wastes defined as Waste Type 01 and 06. (However, Waste Type 15 shall be received only from facilities that are permitted by the appropriate agency to accept only Waste Types 02, 03, and 16) 16Crude oil spill cleanup waste.
