5 Part 1 Basic Facts Customer’s basic background information including: Industry, scale, headquarter, area served, employees,... *introduce info above within 2-3 paragraph; quote with specific figure; attach photo (high-resolution) if necessary.

10 Part 6 Acknowledgement Oral or written Acknowledgements on Hytera’s product/solution by customer’s key person (IT manager, project manager, leader). Record customer’s name and title, attached portrait is strongly preferred. *remind to get customer’s permission before using for publicity.
11 Part 7 Scenario Attach 3-5 photos of product/application in working scenario with remarked date, place, description. Photos should reflect real scenes that customer is using Hytera product, or installing equipment on spot (need to get permission before propaganda). TIPS: 1,800M+ Pixel, shoot in large size (SLR or micro SLR is preferred). 2,focus sharply (on person/product), shutter speed>1/125s. 3,casually appear Hytera product/Logo (visible but not over). 4,shoot customer from front or alike if possible (avoid back), pose with front side & look-into- lens sight would be great. 5,customer in professional uniform (police/railway/hotel) with working background is strongly recommended. 6,permission is a must before shooting especially when customer is sensitive in information security.
12 Part 8 Credentials Recognition documents or other credentials which authorized by customer or 3 rd party with signature and official seal. Attach scanned photograph.
