Internet Connection via School District C.Physical Assessment throughout Facility D.Input all data on to OSFC web-site while at each building E.Team Coordination & Review F.Submit for Internal Review G.99% of Building Model is complete  Utilize customized forms & templates per Item / Sections  Utilize PDA for Data entry & recording  Field measure perimeter of building & spaces  Compete CAD model of building while on site  Perimeter Finalized  All Building spaces identified ON-SITE ASSESSMENT PROCESS
