3 Campus Go Live- Electronic Timesheet for Student and C1 Exempt Employees Supervisor setup Page available- Wednesday, 12/14/11 Campus Go Live PP12-15 (1/1/12 - 1/14/12) and thereafter ETS due Tuesday, 1/17/12 Must use paper timesheet prior to PP12-15 WET page entries prior to PP12-15 WET page entries for TS less than or equal to 12/31/11 open for 60 day after go-live No WET page entries from PP12-15 Training (1 st and 2 nd week in Jan, 2012) Instructor-led sessions On-line UPK

4 Campus Go Live- Electronic Timesheet for Student and C1 Exempt Employees Student and C1 Exempt employees will receive this Error Message if they try to create an ETS prior to PP12-15

5 DateAction Friday, Nov 18th, 2011 Run query to set up Employee/Supervisor relationships Name of the Query: UMB_TL_EE_APVRS_STUDENTS_34S Monday, Dec 5 th, 2011 Suggested text with training information for you to send to your affected employees Wednesday, Dec 14th, 2011 Until Tuesday, Jan 3rd, 2012 Supervisor Set up Page is available for use. Enter completed worksheet information (your Student and C1 Exempt Employee/Supervisor relationships) in eUM. If the Supervisor Set Up is not completed by Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012, your employees will not be able to see ETS and you will start receiving notification on Wednesday, January 4th, 2012 * Terminate employees who are no longer working Monday, January 3 rd, 2012 Student Employee (Work Study Students excluded) In/Out Profile Page is available for use Monday, January 3 rd, 2012On-line UPK training is available Key Dates for Campus Go-Live

6 Electronic Timesheet for Student Employees TL Initiator will see the WET page warning for student employees beginning 1/3/2012.

7 Student Employees (Class 14, 16) 1 job - 1 ETS Option to create a schedule profile Require to enter IN/OUT time, hours will be calculated by eUM – similar to regular hourly employees Paid/Unpaid Leave section is not available ETS for this group is excluded on ‘Not Entered’ tab on the Approval Page

9 Student Employees- Work Study (Class 14W, 16W) Work study students can only have 1 job, 1 supervisor and 1 rate Will not be able to create an ETS profile Only enter number of hours worked/day The following sections are not available: ◦ In/Out Time section ◦ Paid/Unpaid Leave section ◦ Shift/Overtime section

10 Student Employees- Work Study (Class 14W, 16W) Work Study students enter more than 20 hours/week will receive a warning message Supervisor or TL Initiator can enter the ETS for students Supervisor or TL Initiator can enter in a HRMS account code if a student worked more than 20 hours/week ETS for this group is excluded on ‘Not Entered’ tab on the Approval Page

12 Exempt C1 (Class 34, Pay Group SPC & EFY) Pay Group SPC – ETS not required Pay Group EFY – ETS required ETS only available for Pay Group EFY Employees Enter hours, not Duty day on ETS Paid Leave/Unpaid Leave sections will not be available for use Time will not get loaded on the WET page ETS for this group is excluded on ‘Not Entered’ tab on the Approval Page
