9 Steering Committee Roles & Responsibilities Presidents Assembly Steering Committee is responsible for:  Serving as “voice of the chapters” on the National Board and facilitating communications between National and the chapters  Facilitating chapter collaboration/information sharing via webinars & meetings at national conferences  Creating a community of chapter leaders  Helping chapter leaders with strategic planning, problem resolution, etc.

13 CHAPTER ADMINISTRATION ISSUES  New Board Roster Forms are in Chapter Resource Center under “Forms and Templates”  Designate chapter administrator for web access  Designate recipient of chapter rebate reports  Complete and send to  D&O Insurance Renewal Forms have been sent out – premium is due by August 31. Please contact Chapter Services at if you have not received it.  Membership applications – when applications are mailed, do not attach post-it notes to the check. If you need to send a note, please do it on a separate piece of paper. Post-its are often lost.  All chapter board members must be current with membership dues!!!!
