2 Introduction Is there a national shortage of Paediatric Radiologists? Several unfilled vacancies around the UK Are posts not being advertised due to perceived lack of applicants? 2 parallel surveys – Department survey to assess the number of potential jobs – Trainee survey to assess interested future applicants

3 Method Google Forms Department survey – Distributed to BSPR members via (74 responses) Trainee survey – to BSPR junior forum members (9 responses) – to all trainees via RCR (320 responses)
