Correct reasons for persecution, because of: Righteousness Christ

10 2 Timothy 3:12 12 In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, John 15: "If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. 19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. 20 Remember the words I spoke to you: 'No servant is greater than his master.' If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also. 21 They will treat you this way because of my name, for they do not know the One who sent me.

11 If not, why not? Perhaps we are: 1.Sealed off 2.Hidden 3.No different than the World Do we have a confessing problem? Matthew 10: "Whoever acknowledges me before men, I will also acknowledge him before my Father in heaven. 33 But whoever disowns me before men, I will disown him before my Father in heaven.

12 Rejoicing in persecution: 1.Christ’s confession and example 1 Peter 2:21 21 To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps.

But since he has no root, he lasts only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, he quickly falls away”.

14 Rejoicing in persecution: 1.Christ’s confession and example 2.You are in good company 3.You maybe a “Stephen” for a “Paul” 4.Shows your faith 5.You have a great reward in heaven 2 Corinthians 4:17 17 For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.
